Who We Are

The Health Linkages Program is under the direction of the Santa Barbara County Education Offices Child Development Department. We are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for Santa Barbara County children by initiating and strengthening the linkages between the health, safety, social services, and education communities, and the children and families they serve.
